- Offerings: Fresh produce including fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey, olives, and more, sold directly by local farmers.
- Benefits: Opportunity to meet farmers, taste products, and support the local economy.
Honey
- Region: Sithonia, Greece.
- Production: Accounts for 10% of honey production inland, with the beekeeping association “Sithon” established in 1952, one of the largest in Europe.
- Varieties: Primarily flower honey and pine honey, with annual production exceeding 1,000 tons, representing 12-14% of Greece’s honey production.
